This product requires minimal dosage, with low foam. It offers strong cleaning capability. It effectively reduces problems such as color variations and scratches on silicon wafers while significantly enhancing the surface gloss of the wafers and extending the service life of the cutting wire. This product is easy in preparation. No additional defoamers or other additives are required during the preparation.
